Cant make withdrawal, lost all 700$

I made withdrawal over 1 year. My all documents is ok. I make withdrawal over 700$, and they don’t allow my order. I also cant contact with them, when they see me in Online chat, they didnt chat anymore and block me. Forex Grand is thief.
